Jebel Akhdar 3 Days/ 2 Nights
Day – 01:
0800 Hrs: Proceed to visit the fishing village of Seeb, then continue to the sparkling springs at Nakhl. Drive through the spectacular Wadi Bani Auf, an adventurous stretch of graded road recommended for the physically fit, featuring steep bends and rugged terrain. Visit the charming mountain village of Bilad Sayt, where the breathtaking landscape leaves visitors in awe. This 70 km journey continues to the village of Al Hamra, renowned for its lush date plantations.
Overnight stay at The View.
Day – 02: Al Hamra – Nizwa – Wahiba Sands
08:00 hrs, Visit the iconic Nizwa Round Tower Fort and explore the vibrant Nizwa Souk.
Depart for Wahiba Sands, a vast expanse of rolling red and white dunes rising up to 200 meters and home to diverse flora and fauna. The ever-shifting patterns of the dunes make it a paradise for photographers.
Overnight stay at Arabian Nights Resort.
Day – 03: Wahiba Sands – Sur – Muscat
0800 hrs: Visit the fish jetty and dhow factory. Drive via the coastal road to Muscat. Arrive Sur and visit the traditional dhow factory. (Dhowfactory is closed on Fridays). Photo stop of Fatah Al Khair a ship which is currently a part of an open-air museum which is dedicated to the shipbuilding lineage of the city of Sur in Oman. Built over 70 years ago, the wooden fishing vessel of Fateh Al Khair has strong historical significance to it. It was brought back to Yemen, restored, and grounded on dry land. The ship is said to be hand-built without any nails, and hand-woven ropes were used to shore up. Visitors are not permitted to climb up the dhow but can get up close to look at the flanks. Visit Al-Ayjah Lighthouse from outside was built by the Portuguese, and in the past, it was a defensive tower, turned into a lighthouse used to guide wooden dhows safely to Lake Tyre. (Outside visit only). Drive onwards and stop at Fins beach for a swim. Our next stop is the Bimah Sinkhole, a spectacular limestone crater with blue-green water at the bottom. Proceed to Wadi Arbayeen which has refreshing deep pools of water set among the date palms. Return to Muscat via Mazara and check in at your hotel in Muscat.

- The itinerary may be modified based on various factors like maintenance of monuments, museums, major events like sports conventions, religious festivals, etc.
- Zahara Tours reserves the right to change itinerary or dates or cancel a tour due to unforeseen reasons and will not take any responsibility for any charges the customer may incur due to change in itinerary.
- All services will be as per those specified and paid for as per Service Vouchers. If you avail any service which is not included in the A Journey Through Arabia (4WD) Holiday Package or get yourself upgraded, then the payment for the same will have to be cleared by you directly. Please note that, tips, gratuities, room service, laundry, excess baggage charge, á la carte meals, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, etc. are not included unless specifically mentioned as included.
- Please note that travel insurance is not included in the tour price and all medical costs and other costs involved must be paid by the client. It is therefore strongly recommended to our clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure to meet any contingencies. We can arrange for the same on request.
- The package price doesn’t include special dinner or mandatory charges levied by the hotels especially during New Year and other special occasions.
